补肾调周法联合小剂量克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method combination with small dose clomiphene in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome. Methods :50 cases were treated by invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method combined with small dose clomiphene for six months. The changos of ovulation,acne, endocrine and sugar metabolism were observed before and after the treatment of menstruation. Results:The total effective rate was 86.0％ ,The situation of most patients' menstruation,ovulation,acne and sugar metabolism improved obviously. Conclusion: The invigorate the kidney and tune the cycle method combind with small dose clomiphene in treating polycystic ovarian syndrome has good effect.关键词
