基于PLC的煤矿水仓水位监控系统

摘要
Abstract
In order to prevent flooded Wells and flooded pump accidents. This paper Researches on monitoring system of coal mine water storehouse. The system was designed based on Siemens S7-200PLC and WinCCV6.0 configuration software and implemented communication between upper machine PC and lower machine PLC by advanced PROFIBUS field bus. Finally, Real-time Monitoring on water level of storehouse was realized through the laboratory simulation, meanwhile, alarm information, real-time trend curve, historical curve and data report, etc were generated. This design has advantages of high degree of automation, easy expanding, reliable, easy installation, etc, which provides guarantee for mine drainage system integration of management, control and monitoring and has a good reference and practical value.关键词
