摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To analyze the expression of BC1 in different tissues under various abiotic stresses in A. thaliana, [Method]Vigorous growth A. thaliana plants were treated with cold (4℃) , heat (37℃) , salt (200 mmol/L NaCI) and drought (21.5% PEC which is isosmotic to 200 mmol/L NaCl solution) stresses, the expression levels of BG1 in different tissues (leaf, bolting, flower, silique) were detected by semi - quantitative RT - PCR method, and 28S rRNA was used as intemal reference. [ Result] Results showed that : ( 1) In unstressed plants, the expression levels of BG1 in different tissues were diverse, which were high in flower and silique, while low in leaf and bolting . (2) Stresses changed the expression pattems in different tissues . In leaves , the expression levels of BC1 were reduced under various treatments except for salt stress; in boltings , which were decreased except for cold stress; in flowers, the expression was significantly stimulated under NaCl treatment, while PEG and heat stresses reduced its expression level. The expression levels of BG1 in siliques under PEC stresses increased slightly, only at 37 ℃ treatment and salt stress showed a slight decrease. [ Conclusion]In unstressed plants, the expression levels of BC1 in different tissues were different, and under stressed condition, the expression pattern changed in some extent .
