Abstract
This project is a typical steel structure mostly assembled by tubes, it is a support frame of a chimney. The level projection of this structure is an equilateral-triangle frame though the dimensions are variational at most levels. Most connections between two split members are required bolting. During fabrication process, the fabrication procedure is performed strictly according to fabrication methods, sequences and precisions. The control of hole locations and dimensions of those members is executed in accordance with the fabrication specfication, and also the pre-assembly is required after fabrication. As a result, it's a success to erect this structure on site with 99％ holes matched. The experience can he referred by some other similar projects.关键词
