Countermeasures and Suggestions on NOx Total Quantity Control during 12th Five-Year Plan Period in Shenyang
摘要
Abstract
Because of the serious pollution of NOx and its influence on atmospheric environment, the total quantity control (TQC) of NOx was put forward to implement during the 12th five-year plan period. According to the problems existed in TQC,such as weak foundation,larger increment of pollutant and deficiency in treatment technology, this paper analyzed the emission condition and developing trend of NOx in Shenyang, brought forward the thought of increment control and inventory reduction ,and gave some countermeasures and suggestions on denitration project reconstruction for power industry.关键词
