摘要
Abstract
An improved multi-objective 0-1 mixed-integer linear programming model for the location routing problem in hazardous waste logistics was proposed, in which the optimization objectives are to minimize total costs and risks, and the constraints include waste types and treatment technologies, capacity and operation costs of treatment centers. A TOPSIS ( technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution) algorithm was designed to solve this multi-objective model. The feasibility and advantage of the proposed model was demonstrated through a representative example taken from literature. Comparing with an exiting model, the proposed model reduced the risk by 7. 69% at the expense of a little rise in cost by 0. 70% .关键词
