环磷酰胺治疗狼疮性肾炎42例疗效观察
Effect of Cytoxan on 42 cases of Lupus nephritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cytoxan to treat Lupus nephritis.Method 84 cases in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,42 cases for each.The control group was treated by conventional therapy and the observation group treated by Cytoxan on the basis of the control.Results There's marked difference on total effective rate and some laboratory index between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Cytoxan can significantly improve the efficacy of Lupus nephritis.It's worthy for clinical application.关键词
