摘要

Abstract

The structure of inclined plane radial parting mould and its opening-closing process were introduced in this paper. The relationship between wear depth of cone ring wear-resistant plate and circumferential clearance of two adjacent segments was defined. By Deform-3D simulation, the Archard model's wear coefficient of cone ring wear-resistant plate of 1188 type under specified conditions was estimated. The wear model between cone ring wear-resistant plate and the bow bass was established. And based on the model, prediction and real time control of the generation of the tire rubber edge can be done, which results in the advancement of mold manufacture management and the improvement of tire quality.
