摘要

Abstract

According to the concrete demand of the injection molded part-roll wheel seat, the optimization research on the gate location of roll wheel seat was developed based on computer simulation with the software Moldflow (MPI).Also, a comparison was made between the optimization plan and the original plan, and the results show that the optimization of the gate location can avoid the warping defect of injection molded part and reduce the flatness error of roll wheel seat base.The practical production verifies that the optimization plan can fully satisfy the warping requirement of machine parts.In addition, research results show that the optimization design based on MPI can effectively shorten the die trial time and improve the product quality and the production efficiency.
