怀牛膝对重型颅脑损伤大鼠脑组织Nestin表达的影响
Effect of Achyranthes bidentata on Expression of Nestin in the Brains of Rats with Severe Brain Injury
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Observing the effeet of Achyranthes bidentata on severe brain injury in rat brain expression of Nestin.Methods: Rats were divided into Achyranthes bidentata high dose group, Achyranthes bidentata middle dose group, Achyranthes bidentata low dose group, model group, sham operation group.Feeney modified by self-prepared model of severe brain injury,the rats were killed after 7days of treatment.HE staining brain tissue pathological changes detected by immunohistochemistry rat brain tissue damage of Nestin expression in the case.Results: Achyranthes bidentata BI.Nestin high dose group was significantly higher than the model group (P ＜0.05); Achyranthes bidentata BI.middle dose group and compared with was the expressions of low-dose group no significant difference between the model group; sham operation group, only occasionally hippocampus saw very little expression of Nestin-positive cells, some sections no positive expression.Conclusion: High dose Achyranthes bidentata dose group can raise Nestin expression in rat brain, severe brain injury rat neural stem cells can promote the regeneration.关键词
