Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of YiShenLiangXue method on treating early threated abortion.Methods: 157 patients consistent with diagnostic code were divided randomly into two groups, 86 cases in the treatment group (YiShenAnTai soup+ Dydrogesterone), 71 cases in the control group (Dydrogesterone), and cardinal symptom improving and ultrasonic images changes were compared.Result: The effective power of the treatment group was 93.02％, and the control group was 92.96％.Through statistical analysis, P＞0.05.There was no obvious statistical significance in the two groups.But the cure rate was 87.21％ and 74.65％.Through statistical analysis, P＜0.05.There was obvious statistical significance in the two groups.The cure rate of treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group on improving cardinal symptom.Conclusion: YiShenAnTai soup and Dydrogesterone are effectively clinical therapy on treating early threated abortion.关键词
