广州市某区托幼机构消毒效果分析

Abstract
Objective To understand the status of disinfection in nurseries in the district,and provide technical support and scientific evidence for relevant sectors to control the occurrence of communicable diseases,so as to keep children healthy.Methods Retrospective analysis were conducted based on the quality inspection data of disinfection work in nurseries in this district from 2008 to 2010.Frequency analysis and X2 test were mainly conducted.Results There were 8467 samples of disinfection quality test in nurseries in this district during 2008-2010,and 7790 were qualified,the total qualified rate was 92.00%.The highest rate was 93.14%in 2010,then 92.61%in 2008,90.53%in 2009.There Was statistical significan difference among the average qualified rate in the last three years (X2=16.32,P＜0.01). Among the tests of different projects,the qualified rates of table surface,indoor air,and toy sraface were respectively 95.05%.95.97%,and 96.52%.There were statistical significan difference among them(X2=440.62,P＜0.01).The teachers'hands had the lowest qualified rate:82.07%.Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in nurseries in the district during 2008-2010 is relatively good,but some aspects,such as quality hy~ene of the hands of teacher should be improved further.It is suggested that the health condition improved through training of disinfection knowledge,supervision,inspection,spot guidance and other measures,so as to provide a healthier study environment.关键词
