摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the size effect, solid and semi-solid micro-upsetting of ZL101 alloy was implemented. The results show that, when the specimen is in solid state, the true stress-true strain curve decreases and fluctuates with the decrease of the dimension of ZL101 alloy; but the true stress-true strain curve doesn't decrease or fluctuate with the decrease of the dimension of ZL101 alloy, when the specimen is in semi-solid state and the solid fraction of the specimen varies between 45% and 90%.
