Optimization Model and Algorithms for Loading and Packing Multi-Category Freights into Multi-Vehicle

Abstract
Through taking the layout plan for loading and packing multi-category freights into multi-vehicle as the research object, maximizing the comprehensive utilization rate of the labeled capacity tonnage and the effective volume as the objective function, taking freights' centre of gravity in control, nonintervention among freights, freights in interior cars, no overweight and overcapacity, no-repeated loading and packing as constraint conditions, the layout optimization model for loading and packing multi-category freights into multi-vehicle was put forward. Algorithms based on Sub-First Fit algorithm and weight-volume ratio were designed to formulate the layout plan of loading and packing freights into cars. The instance demonstrates that the model and algorithms can obtain the plan quickly, in which cars are utilized more effectively, the layout of freights is reasonable and meets the constraint conditions.关键词
