Research Progress of Synthesis and Biological Activity of Flavonoids during F. tataricum Seed Germination
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the way of formation and synthesis of flavonoids compound in F. tataricum. According to different germination conditions influencing the change of flavonoids content and biological activity in the duration of germination of F. tataricum seed,reveals the relevancy of phenylalanine ammonialyase (PAL) and flavonoids synthesis. These can provide the theoretical basis to further explore novel food of F.tataricum seed rich in flavonoids.关键词
