儿童过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘
Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma among Children
摘要
Abstract
It has been recognized that there is an association between allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma among children for long time. Recent research proved the link between upper and lower airways based on epidemiological studies. Moreover, many theories have been postulated to explain the link between allergic rhinitis and asthma. There was similar immunological mechanisms and underlying pathogenesis in allergic rhinitis and asthma. More and more evidences confirmed the existence of common pathogenesis factors in allergic rhinitis and asthma, and co-existence of "two" diseases in the same patient. Treatment strategies should be established on the basis of unified airway.关键词
