枸杞果柄黄酮含量及不同溶剂提取物清除自由基的活性研究
Study on Free Radical Scavenging Activities of Fruit Pedicels of Lycium barbarum L. and Determination of Total Flavonoids Content
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To analyze the in vitro antioxidant activities of fruit pedicels extracts from Lycium barbarum L. by different solvents,and to determine the contents of total flavonoids. [ Method ] By employing colorimetric method, contents of total flavonoids in different extracts were determined. The free radical scavenging activity of each extract was measured by DPPH method. [ Result ] Different extract fractions of fruit pedicels from Lycium barbarum L. were provided with DPPH free radical scavenging activities,of which the n-butanol extracts were the highest in scavenging activities and showed no significant differences to Vc. In addition,total flavonoids content of n-butanol extracts was significantly higher than that of others,which reaches as high as 61.26 mg/g. [ Conclusion]The antioxidant activity of fruit pedicels extracts from Lycium barbarum L. was related to the content of total flavonoids in it.关键词
