摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To determine the content of ferulic acid in Melia toosendan and investigate the variation of ferulic acid contents in different seasons. [ Method] The contents of ferulic acid from Melia toosendan were determined by HPLC ,and the chromatographic conditions were as follows:Ultrasphere TM-ODS (4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm ) column,acetonitrile -0. 1% phosphoric acid( 15:85 ,V/V)as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 32 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃. [ Result] There were no obvious changes in the content of ferulic acid of Melia toosendan in different seasons ,and the content of ferulic acid of the samples collected in January was the highest.[Conclusion] The method is simple and fast,which could provide scientific evidence for determining the optimal collecting period for Melia toosendan.
