针刺治疗原发性痛经止痛效果观察
Analgesic effects of primary dysmenorrhea treated with acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the analgesic effect of primary dysmenorrhea treated with acupuncture. Methods:Totall 62 cases primary dysmenorrhea(the type of blood stasis due to stagnation of Qi or the type of blood stasis due to cold) were divided into 2 groups randomly:acupuncture group was treated with acupunture on Shiqizhui,Sanyinjiao,Ciliao and Diji at the most analgesic moment on the first day of emmenia,1 time a day,3 days continuously,a menstrual cycle was a treatment course,3 courses were needed continuously. The control group was given aspirin effervescent tablets when visual analogue scale(VAS)≥80mm,0.5 g/tablet,1 tablet/time,for oral use. Two groups were followed up for 3 menstrual cycle after treatment,compared the short form of McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and the Cox menstrual symptom scale(CMSS) in screening stage,treatment stage and follow-up stage. Results:①The scores of SF-MPQ in acupuncture group at treatment and follow-up stages were decreased than those of control group(P＜0.01) ;the CMSS total frequency and the severity scores of acupuncture group were also decreased than those of control group(P＜0.01 ,P＜0.05). ②As for the SF-MPQ,the total frequency and severity scores in the acupuncture group,there were significant differences at the screening stage,treatment stage and follow-up stage(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).In the control group,there were no differences(P＞0.05). Conclusion:Needling on Shiqizhui,Sanyinjiao,Ciliao and Diji have prominent effect on primary dysmenorrhea.关键词
