摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim was to study allelopathy of aqueous extracts form the different organizations E. adenophorum on Oryza sativa and zea mays and the effect of aqueous extrats on tested crops physiological index. The allelopathic mechanism of this plant invader was discussed.[ Method ] The effects of different concentration aqueous of different organizations ( root, stem,leaf ) extracts from E. adenophorum on the seed germination and seedlings growth of two species were studied by using culture dish filter paper method, and the physiological index of tested crops MDA content,peroxidase (POD) activity changes were detected. [ Result] Aqueous Extracts form E. adenophorum were affected to different degrees for the tested Oryza sativa and zea mays germination rate and seedling root length, plant height, and made seedlings malondialdehyde (MDA) content to increase ,made seedlings Peroxidase (POD) activity firstly to increase and then to decrease. [ Conclusion] Seeds germination and seedlings growth were significantly inhibited by aqueous Extracts form the different organizations E. adenophorum,the allelopathic effect of the stem is larger than the root,leaf. Aqueous Extracts form the different organizations E. adenophorum inhibited photosynthetic efficiency of crops,increased the seedlings MDA content, and reduced the activity of seedlings POD enzyme.
