基于药物成分体内过程的黄连苦寒药性研究
Study the cold-bitter property of Coptis chinensis Franch.based on processes of metabolism disposition in intra-body
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the essence of the cold-bitter property of Coptis chinensis Franch.(CCF) through applying to the modern means.Methods:Using HPLC-UV techniques,the fingerprints in vitro,plasma and urine samples after oral administration of CCF were compared,to comprehensively evaluate effective substances basis in vivo of CCF,explore the relevance of the compounds after oral administration and traditional effects.Through comparing the specific absorbance of the components in CCF under pathology and physiology status,the ingredient groups of its cold-bitter property were clarified.Results:All 9 compounds were detected which absorbed into blood from CCF and 3 compounds(peak 4,5,6 in the chromatogram of CCF in vitro) detected in vitro and urine.These compounds may be concluded as effective substances basis and also be represented cold-bitter property of CCF.Conclusion:The coldbitter property of CCF can be explained by processes of metabolism and disposition on its compounds in intra-body.关键词
