大黄(庶)虫丸超微粉剂对肾间质纤维化模型大鼠血流变的影响
Effects of ultrafine powder of Daihuang Zhechong pill on hemorheology in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of ultrafine powder of Daihuang Zhechong pil1(UPDHZCP) on hemorheology in rats with renal interstitial fibrosis(RIF),and further demonstrate the mechanism of UPDHZCP in antagonizing RIF. Methods:The RIF models were established by the unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO),and to observe the influence of UPDHZCP on the serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr),hyaluronidase(HA),laminin(LN), Ⅲ procollagen (PC Ⅲ ), Ⅳ collagen (C Ⅳ ),blood viscosity at shear rate in 150/s,30/s, 5/s, 1/s and the hematocrit. Results:UPDHZCP distinctly could reduce the indexes of serum BUN,SCr,HA,LN,PCⅢ ,CⅣ ,blood viscosity which at a different shear rate and hematocrit in RIF rats. Conclusion:UPDHZCP can improve the hemorheology in rats with RIF,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis method is one of the mechanism for it in antagonizing RIF.关键词
