Abstract
A multiplied sensors system based on AMPCI9101A is described,and a novel method of detecting phase shift which utilizes software is proposed. The system, which employs piezoelectric transducers(PZT) to achieve phase modulation,using data acquisition card (AMPCI9101A)to collect the carrier signal, through the discrete Fourier transform(DFT) to detect the phase modulation signal. The system achieves 7 channels ( up to 15 channels )multiplied sensors' synchronization,real-time demodulation with resolution up to 2.65 × 10-3 nm. This system uses software to process the acquisition signal, and the MZ intefferometer was encapsulated, effectively reduce the noise.This system can detect both static and dynamic signal and has a merit of simple structure and low cost.关键词
