Abstract
As a unique biological visualization library,the Digital Morphology(DigiMorph)library bosted at the University of Texas at Austin makes available free to the users a vast collection of two-and three-dimensional images of all types of vertebrates and invertebrates,aiming"to develop and implement new software for transforming CT and other tomographic data into novel and informative 2D&3D visualizations of complex biological objects"and to be used in classrooms and research labs around the world.This essay conducted a comprehensive evaluation of this project,including its background,resources,organization,technologies,service features and the author's assessment and recommendations.关键词
