摘要

Abstract

Eight quarters in four healthy cows, which were LMT-negative, were selected to examine dynamic changes of the residual amount of amoxicillin in the cow after Runaikang was administered. Using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC), the changes of amount of amoxicillin,the main ingredients in the Runaikang,were examined for 7 days in succession after the drug was given and the time of residual in the bodies was evaluated. Samples were extracted by phosphate buffer, precipitated proteins with trichloroacetic acid(TCA) solution, cleaned up with and enriched by solid phase extraction (SPE) ,and derivatised with 1,2,4-triazole mercury( Ⅱ ) reagent. The limit of detection was below 0.03 mg/L. In result,the average amount of residual was 12.49 μg/L at hour 24,5.92 μg/L at hour 48,2.51 μg/L at hour 72 and 0.59 μg/L at hour 96 post-Runaikang-withdrawl. The elimination curve in the experiment indicated that the discard milk period should be 3 days.
