摘要

Abstract

The current available Geographic Information System (GIS) only gives out the geographic data,which does not satisfy the requirement of sensor image simulation, such as the radar and infrared etc. Based on this, this paper gives out a new method of battlefield's visual simulation using radar and infrared sensors,and the method is based on the foundation of sensor information. Firstly the battlefield terrain building method and the technology of 3D modeling are discussed based on the analysis of GIS. Secondly based on the analysis of SAR imaging simulation principle and the theory of infrared imaging simulation, the sensor information data of SAR imaging and infrared imaging simulation are built. Finally the simulation results of SAR imaging and infrared imaging are given out using view simulation software, Vega's radar imaging module, RadarWorks, and infrared imaging module, SensorVision. The simulation result shows the effectiveness of the method. At the same time the method is a supplement for GIS's.
