广西鸭圆环病毒全基因组的序列分析
Analysis of the complete genome sequence of duck circovirus in Guangxi

Abstract
The complete genomic sequence of one duck circovirus(DuCV) strain named LZ/11/09 was amplified by PCR from tissues of sick Muscovy duck collected from Guangxi and then sequenced.The results showed that the genome of LZ/11/09 was 1 994 bp in length and had 4 open reading frames(ORF) ,in which two of the major ORFs V1 and C1 encoded Rep protein and Cap protein,respectively.A stem-loop and two directly repeat sequence elements,involved with the tolling-circle replication of viral genome were found at the intergenic regions of the 5’-ends of V1/rep and C1/cap.Furthermore, phylogenetic tree analysis of the genome sequence showed that DuCVs could be subdivided into two clusters.LZ/11/09 was closely related to YS07,FJzq290,MH25,Zhejiang,33753-52 and Germany strains, but branched out from WF0802 and TC1/2002 strains.关键词
