高抗性家蚕新品种贵蚕9号的选育
Breeding of A New Silkworm Variety with Higher Resistive Guican 9
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to breed a new silkworm variety with higher resistive, to provide reference for deeply development of sericulture industry and promoting its economic benefit. [ Method ] 13 silkworm varieties with bivoltine and polyvoltine pedigree were bred by means of 5 times directional breeding under high temperature and humidity circumstances during 2 years and have combined lots of pairs of hybrid combinations and were selected Guican 9 by testing. [ Result] The results showed the cocoon yield per 10000 larvae and the shell yield per 1000 larvae were 4.23% and 5.45% higher than liangguang 2. The cocoon weight, the cocoon shell weight and the cocoon shell rate were orderly 4.54%, 5.60% and 0.24% higher than CK. The cocooning weight of newly hatched larvae was 5.71% than CK;The value of newly hatched larvae was 2.97% than CK. The cocoon filament length was 900 meters,3.75% longer than CK. The length of non-broken cocoon filament was 759.7 meters, 4.43% longer than CK. The reelability was 84.5% , 0.4% higher than CK. The dtex size and raw silk rate of fresh cocoon were orderly 84.5% and 44.1%, 0.8% and 0.9% higher than CK. The raw silk rate of fresh cocoon was 0.1D lower than CK;The neatness and cleanness were the same as the CK. [ Conclusion] Guican 9 suits high temperature and humidity circumstances in south areas of Guizhou.关键词
