摘要
Abstract
The system connotation on fertile farmland of million hectare project about promote the implementation effectively was studied based on the analysis of the key point to socioeconomic development and contradiction between the supply and requirement of the land use at present. Systematic analysis method was employed. The engineering model of fertile farmland of million hectare project had been constructed to reveal the core, target, function and characteristics of million hectare fertile farmland construction system. Finally some corresponding countermeasure and policy recommendations of understand connotation and bring into operation were supplied effectively.关键词
