剑麻皂素的分离纯化工艺研究
Study on Technology of Isolation and Purification of Tigogenin
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the technology of extraction,isolation and purification of tigogenin from Agave sisalana Perr.ex Engelm. [ Method ] The crude extracts of tigogenin were extracted by using conventional heating reflux extraction method with sulphuric acid,isolated and purified by macroporous resin,and the optimum technology was determined. [ Results] It was better to isolate tigogenin by using D101 resin. The recovery rate and purity were respectively 79.1% and 71.6% under the optimum conditions,which were isolated and purified at the speed of 0.6 ml/min with 100 ml of 70% alcohol as eluent. [ Conclusion] The experimental method was feasible for industrial production of tigogenin due to reasonable technique method and lower raw materials,关键词
