Abstract
Considering food and drink culture of Tujia nationality as an important part of Tujia nationality traditional culture, its rich nationality features, culture value and cultivation value are pointed out. Based on the current situation, its development states and resources advantages are explored. Concrete measures of food and drink tourism resources cultivation are put forward.关键词
