摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess left ventricular systolic function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by 2-dimensional strain (2DSE). Methods There were 25 cases with T2DM in the patients group,while 29 healthy subjects in the control group. The 2-dimensional loop-cine were obtained in apical 4-chamber view, apical 2-chamber view and long axis of left ventricle view. Eighteen segments of LV longitudinal peak systolic strain were measured by automated functional imaging (AFl) software of 2DSE. LV ejection fraction (EF) of each view was calculated by Simpson's method. Result The peak of systolic longitudinal strain in T2DM group was significantly lower than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion 2DSE can evaluate left ventricular systolic function in patients with T2DM.关键词
