护理博士生读书期间体会与感受的质性研究
Qualitative study on experience and perceptions of nurses during learning of doctor of nursing science
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into experience and perceptions of nurses during doctoral degree study, so as to provide some references for nursing doctoral education reform in China. Methods:A total of 7 nursing doctors on reading or graduated from 4 institutions and universities were carried out semi structured interviews. All acquired data were analyzed and sorted out. And the topic had been refined from the information obtained. Resuits:Different perceptions and experiences of nurses during doctor degree study had obtained. Conclusion:Nursing doctoral education in China should be reformed including to strengthen the links with the nursing practice, to select research topics and to implement management, to construct nursing teachers team, to share the educational resources.关键词
