Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe therapeutic efficacy of perindopril for primary hypertension and its effects on vascular endothelial function in patients with primary hypertension. METHODS: 120 cases of primary hypertension were divided into 2 groups. Treatment groups was treated with perindopril 4～8 mg, qd, while control group hydrochlorothiazide 25～50 mg, qd. Both of 2 groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of plasma nitric oxide (NO), endothelin-1 (ET-1) and vascular false hemophilia factor (vWF) were observed before and after treatment. RESULTS: After treatment, NO, ET-1, vWF, DBP, SBP of 2 groups were signiftcant different with before(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), and compared with control, the treatment group was better(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: Antihypertensive treatment of perindopril can improve vascular endothelial function in patients with primary hypertension.关键词
