急性心肌梗死静脉溶栓的观察及护理
Nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing care of patients with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI ) undergoing intravenous thrombolysis. Results Systemic nursing care was performed on 40 patients with AMI who had received intravenous thrombolysis during the period of January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital. 36 of the 40 patients (90%) had recanalization; while 30 pateints (83.33%) occurred reperfusion arrhythmia during the process of thrombolysis, 18 of whom were ventricular tachycardia, 10 were atrial fibrillation, 8 were severe bradycardia, and 4 were atrioventricular block. Adverse reactions developed in 3 patients; 2 had skin mucosal bleeding and one had urticaria. Conclusions The systemic care ensures the successful practice of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute myocardial infarction.关键词
