美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗室性期前收缩的临床观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effectiveness and safety of betaloc combined with Wenxin granules in the treatment of premature ventricular beats. METHODS: Chose Sep. 2008-Mar. 2010 premature ventricular beats pationts of cless these grade A hospitals of our city, all patients were divided into 2 groups. 60 cases in treatment group were treated with betaloc and Wenxin granules (metoprolol 12.5～25 mg, bid, p.o.; Wenxin granules, 1 bag (9 g) each times, tid). 58 cases in control group were treated with betaloc alone (at the same dose as those in treatment group). The therapeutic course lasted for 4 weeks. RESULTS: After 4-week treatment, the total effective rate for premature ventricular beats in treatment group was 93.3％, and that was 72.4％ in control group. There was significant difference between 2 groups (P＜0.01). The total effective rate for ECG in treatment group was 91.67％, which was significantly higher than in control group (67.24％, P＜0.01). The improvement of quality of life in treatment group was superior to those in control group (P＜0.05). HRV become well after therapy. There was no significant difference between 2 groups (P＞0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in 2 groups. CONCLUSION: Betaloc combined with Wenxin granules is superior to betaloc alone in the treatment of premature ventricular beats and also improves the quality of life to some extent.关键词
