糖尿病皮肤溃疡合并感染的人性化护理效果观察
The effect of humanized nursing of diabetic patients with skin ulcers with infection

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing of diabetics with skin ulcers with infection. Methods 176 patients were randomly assigned to receive routine nursing ( control group ) or humanized nursing ( study group ). Both groups were treated with wet dressing with kangfuxin solution. Results The cure rate, total effective rate, and wound healing time were significantly better in the study group than in the control group ( x2 = 10.028 and P< 0.01, x2= 6.455 and P< 0.05,t = 4. 376 and P< 0.05; respectively ) of Experimental group was than that of control group, showing a better clinical effect in the study group. Conclusions Humanized nursing can significantly enhance the clinical effect and accelerate the recovery of patients, so it is worth popularizing clinically.关键词
