摘要
Abstract
Reactor is a typical nonlinear system with great inertia and pure delay, and its temperature influenced by uncertain factors severely is difficult to control. Aiming at the property of great inertia and nonlinear of its temperature, a kind of combining feed-forward and Smith-PID predict control method is presented. The feed-forward is applied to offset the nonlinear influences from heating during reaction process so that the parameters to be controlled is close to linear. After that the Smith-PID controls the temperature to eliminate the influences from the great inertia. This combination of feed-forward and feed-back can control the temperature inside the reactor to a high degree accuracy. Experiments shows that the method is effective to the temperature control of reactor.关键词
