Design and Development of Automatic Transmition Shift Lever Electrical Controller
换挡杆位置信号是汽车自动变速器最重要的控制信号之一.对自动变速器换挡杆电控系统进行了研究,提出了一种换挡杆位置检测方案,该方案不仅可实现换挡杆在各固定挡位的检测,还可实现换挡杆在瞬态位置的检测.设计并制作了控制器的硬件电路,软件方面着重对系统故障诊断功能进行了研究.最后通过试验台架检测和验证了控制器功能的合理性和有效性.
Shift lever position is one of the most important signals in the automatic transmission control. Automatie transmission shift lever control system is studied, and a new shift lever detection method is raised. This method not only achieves in the fixed-gear shift lever detection, but also realizes the shift lever transient position detection.
