行为转变理论在2型糖尿病病人血糖控制中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect of behavior change - over theory in improving blood glucose behavior control for diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:A total of 100 blood glucose not up to the standard patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. Patients of test group were carried out intervention model based on the behavior change - over theory. Patients of control group were carried out routine health education.Then knowledge about blood glucose control, self - efficacy, behavior ability and blood glucose level of the two groups cases were compared 6 months and 12 months after the intervention respectively. Results: There were statistical significant differences in terms of blood glucose control knowledge,self - efficacy,behavior ability and blood glucose level of test group cases between before and after intervention(P＜0.05). There were statistical significant differences in terms of blood glucose control knowledge, self - efficacy,behavior ability and blood glucose level between the two group cases at 6 months and 12 months after intervention(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Behavior change - over theory can actively promote blood glucose control effect for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.关键词
