Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To alert clinicians to pay attention to adverse drug reactions induced by nimesulide. METHODS: 1 case of severe hand-foot skin exfoliation induced by nimesulide was reported and analyzed. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There is no report about severe hand-foot skin exfoliation induced by nimesulide. We should strictly master indications, usage and dosage,and implement necessary monitoring measures to avoid combination therapy in the application of nimesulide. Clinicians, pharmacists and nurse should pay attention to it.关键词
