摘要

Abstract

In the same welding parameters,two kinds of assembly way were adopted,one way is welding clearance 1 mm isometric assembly, the other one is the welding clearance from 1 mm to 3 mm between welding starting point and stop point, to carry out thin sheet welding. Using SYSWELD finite element analysis software to simulate the plate butt weld, obtained temperature field distribution, residual stress and deformation, and validated the simulation analysis results through tests, on the basis of those,it put forward the best welding parameter and assembly way. It regarded that the assembly way of welding clearance from 1 mm to 3 mm can reduce thin sheet welding deformation, improve butt welding quality, it is more suitable for thin sheet welding.
