Abstract
Based on the theory of C/O spectral logging and independent innovation, Daqing Well Logging Company has developed an SNP-5 C/O syectral logging tool. A comparable test is made between SNP-2 tool and SNP-5 tool. Through the parallel use of three detectors in the SNP-5 tool, the problem of count rate effect has been effectively solved, so that the performance of neutron generator can be played to a normal level. Three detectors have the same spacing and the same weight. In data collection, the correction factor is obtained from time spectrum. This tool has been debugged and tested in the scale formation. The test results show that when the tool is at the speed of 36 m/h, the measurement accuracy of 35% porosity sandstone formation is less than 7%. In field tests, the SNP-5 tool successfully acquires log data, and at the speed of 72 m/h, its curves repeatability is correspond with the curves obtained from SNP-2 tool at the speed of 36 m/h.关键词
