RP-HPLC法测定清肺抑火丸中芒果苷的含量
Content Determination of Mangiferin in Qingfei Yihuo Pills by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of mangiferin in Qingfei yihuo pills.METHODS: RP-HPLC method was adopted.The chromatographic column was performed on Diamonsil-C18 column.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.2 ％ phosphoric acid(13:87).The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min-1 and the detection wavelength was 258 nm.The injection volume was 10 μL and the column temperature was 35 ℃.RESULTS: The linear range of mangiferin was 5.1～51.0 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7)with an average recovery of 99.6 ％ (RSD=0.54％, n=6).CONCLUSION: The precision, stability,recovery and reproducibility of the method are up to the requirement of quantitative determination.It can be used for content determination of Qingfei yihuo pills.关键词
