Abstract
In this article,it introduced construction situation of X100 test pipeline which was constructed by British BP company in Northumbria of UK,the steel pipe diameter was 1 219 mm(48 in) ,and gas pressure was 18 MPa(180 bar). According to design parameter of X100 test pipeline,the relevant steel pipe specification was set up,and alloy composition of base metal,weld metal and HAZ of X100 line pipe were designed. On the basis of the designed alloy composition,the rolled steel and steel plate were manufactured by Kashima Steel Plant of Sumitomo Metal Industries,trial production of UOE steel pipe was conducted, each mechanical property of the UOE pipe was inspected, and the performance before and after coating was compared. The results showed that each property of trial-produced steel pipe all can meet requirements of specification,in some key mechanical properties it is not only with good production tolerance, but also with favorable uniformity.关键词
