摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to provide reference for effectively developing and utilizing medicine resources Cistanche. [ Method ] The Sochlet method was adopted to extract phenylethanoid glycosides from the stem of Cistanche. By orthogonal test of L9 (34)and UV-spectrophotometry, the optimum extract processing of phenylethanol glycosides in Cistanche stem was determined. [ Result] The main influencing factors for the extraction was time, the order were extraction time＞ smash degree ＞ ethanol dosage ＞ ethanol concentration. The optimum extract processing of phenylethanol glycosides was that Cistanche powder in 95％ ethanol with a ratio of 1:20 of solid and liquid for an hour. [ Conclusion] The method offers a scientific evidence for extracting the phenylethanol glycosides from the stem of Cistanche.关键词
