摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] Effects of salicylic acid (SA) on wheat seeds germination under Cu2+ stress and its anti-oxidative roles are investigated. [ Method] Different density of CuCl2 mimic metal copper stress is used to for the treatment of wheat seeds. When wheat seeds germination ratio is up to 50% of the comparison,it is the semi-inhibition density of copper stress to the germination of wheat seeds. Studying the germination of wheat seeds after using SA to pretreat for six hours and been set under copper stress with semi-inhibition density, the contents of copper in germinating wheat seeds, and activities of eatalase (CAT) and POD in seeds germination are determined. [ Results ] SA can significantly promote wheat seeds to germinate under copper stress. The content of Cu in wheat seeds after pretreated with SA is significantly lower than that of the comparison; the activities of POD and CAT in wheat seeds after pretreated with SA was obviously higher than those in control. [ Conclusion] SA can promote wheat seeds to germinate ,enhance the capability of anti-oxidation in germinating wheat seeds and alleviate copper stress by lowering the level of copper in seeds.
