壳聚糖对红掌叶部某致病菌的抑制作用研究
Studies on the Inhabition of Chitosan against the Pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum

Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to study the inhabition of chitosan against the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum. [ Method] The pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum was isolated, purified and identified. Inhibition effects of different molecular weight and different concentrations of chitosan on the pathogen were preliminarily explored. [ Result ] The pathogen was preliminarily identified to be Deuteromycotina, Hyphomycetes, Hyphomycetales, Dematiaceae, Alternaria, A. brassiciola. Chitosan had a certain inhibition effect on the pathogen of Anthurium andraeanum, and the higher concentrations of chitosan showed a bettet inhibition effect than that of lower ones. 150 000 had the best inhibition effect in the following three kinds of molecular weight 3 000, 50 000 and 150 000, and its inhibition ratio achieved the maximum (86.56％) in the second day. [ Conclusion] Chitosan has good application value in the disease prevention and treatment of flower.关键词
