摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the best method for treatment of femoral neck fracture in aged patients.Methods 37 patients ( older than 70 years ) with femoral neck fractures were treated with hip replacement through posteriolateral approach.Results 37 cases were followed up for 6 ～ 24 months.All patients returned to normal activities in 2 ～ 3 weeks and no one died.According to Harris hip score standard features: the outcome of 20 patients was excellent,12 good, 3 fair, and 2 poor, and the excellent and good rate was 86％.Conclusions Artificial femoral head or total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly helps to restore activities and joint functions early, to avoid complications of respiratory system and urinary system infections and to improve quality of life.关键词
