摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The effects of symbiotic bacteria on the different biotype aphid were studied. [ Method] Two biotype Sitobion avenae were treated with the broad spectrum antibiotic ,rifampicin. And the total protein content and the activities of ALT, AST, GS were measured.[ Result] Comparing to symbiotic aphids, the nutrition condition of both green aposymbiotic and red aposymbiotic aphids obviously became bad,and red aphids was worse than green ones. The effect of Buchnera on the transferase of amino acid in the red aphids was more than the green aphids. The effect of the Buchnera on the transferase of ammonia in red aphids was more than green aphids. [ Conclusion] Symbiotic bacteria was important in aphis body color differentiation.
